My BFF Rachel and her baby Sadie Claire...this was the first time I got to meet SC!Rachel & Julia...my best friends from college at Mercer University--they both drove from out of town to be here.

Labor Day weekend Steve and I headed south on 95 to good ole' Georgia for a baby shower that my family was throwing me. We loaded up Thursday early evening and drove into the night (we got to my dad's at 2:45 AM). We had a relaxing and fun weekend seeing family and friends. It was so sweet of my Aunts, Cousins, and a few other relatives to throw us a baby shower at my Aunt Bonnie's Clubhouse. We got so many lovely things that we can sure use for Emmalee! I've posted just a few of the photos we took that weekend. It was so nice to visit...but by early (I mean 5 AM) Monday morning we were packed up and heading home to Virginia.
